Have an idea we don't list yet? A custom ornament, a nameplate in your colors, favors for an event, a replacement part or a one-of-a-kind gift. Tell us about it and we'll quote it before you pay anything.
How it works
- Tell us your idea on our custom order form (or email lewisaaron843@gmail.com): what it is, size, colors, names or text, quantity, your ZIP code and the date you need it. Photos or links help.
- We talk it through by email and confirm the details, the price and the shipping cost.
- You get a secure checkout link for the exact amount we agreed on. Nothing is printed or charged until you pay that invoice.
- We print it in Charleston and ship it with tracking.
We print names, initials, dates and original designs. We can't print brand logos, team names or characters we don't have rights to. Custom pieces are made just for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind; if anything arrives damaged or wrong, we'll make it right.

Shipping & returns
Made to order · ships in 5–7 business days, within the US only. Transit time depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout, and you'll get tracking by email.
Order by Dec 10 for Christmas delivery · Dec 13 with Priority shipping.
Damaged, or not what you ordered? Email lewisaaron843@gmail.com a photo of the item and packaging within 14 days of delivery and we'll reprint it free or refund you, your choice. Custom and personalized pieces can't be returned for a change of mind, and non-personalized items follow the same damaged-or-wrong rule.
Personalization
This piece doesn't need personalization. Where Details lists other colors you can ask for, leave a note in the cart before checkout.
