Orders & shipping
Is everything made to order?
Yes. Every piece is designed and 3D printed to order in Charleston, SC, after you place your order.
How long until my order ships?
Orders ship within 5–7 business days. Transit time after that depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout, and you'll get tracking by email.
When should I order for Christmas?
Order by Dec 10 for Christmas delivery · Dec 13 with Priority shipping.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not at the moment. We ship within the United States only.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email lewisaaron843@gmail.com as soon as possible. Once printing starts we may not be able to change it.
Personalization
How does personalization work?
On personalized items, type the name, initials or date in the box above the Add to cart button, exactly as you want it printed, including capitals and spelling. Each product lists its character limit under Personalization. We check every name and spelling before printing.
Can you print logos, team names or characters?
No. We print names, initials, dates and our own designs only, not brand logos, team names or characters.
Can I get a different color?
Some pieces list other colors you can ask for. Leave a note in the cart before checkout. For anything else, ask us through the Custom & bulk orders page.
Materials & care
What are your pieces made of?
Most pieces are printed in PLA, a plant-based plastic, in standard, silk or matte finishes. A few use PETG, such as the cookie stamp and the wine charm rings. Each product page lists its material and colors.
How do I care for a 3D printed piece?
PLA can soften in high heat, so keep it out of hot cars and away from the dishwasher. Dust or wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Product pages note any extra care, for example hand washing the PETG cookie stamp.
Are these food-safe or toys?
Our pieces are decor and gifts, not toys, and many contain small parts. They are not food-safe; the cookie stamp is for brief contact with cookie dough or fondant only and is not certified food-safe.
Are the product photos real?
Some product photos are 3D renders of our designs, and those listings say so.
Returns
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
If your order arrives damaged, or isn't what you ordered (a name or spelling different from what you entered, or the wrong color or size), email lewisaaron843@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We'll reprint it free or refund you, your choice, at no cost to you.
Can I return something if I change my mind?
Custom and personalized items are made just for you, so we can't accept returns or refunds for a change of mind, including names, spelling and details printed exactly as entered at checkout. Non-personalized items follow the same damaged-or-wrong rule. Read the full refund policy.
Custom & bulk orders
Can I order 10 or more pieces?
Yes. For 10+ pieces (event favors, weddings, teams, corporate gifts), request a quote on our Custom & bulk orders page, or email lewisaaron843@gmail.com with the item, quantity, names or text, colors and the date you need them. We'll reply with a price and a timeline before you pay anything.
