Refund policy

Every piece is designed and 3D printed to order in Charleston, SC. Damaged or wrong items: if your order arrives damaged, or isn't what you ordered (a name or spelling different from what you entered, or the wrong color or size), email lewisaaron843@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We'll reprint it free or refund you, your choice, at no cost to you. Custom and personalized items are made just for you, so we can't accept returns or refunds for a change of mind, including names, spelling and details printed exactly as entered at checkout. Non-personalized items follow the same damaged-or-wrong rule. Need to change or cancel? Email us as soon as possible; once printing starts we may not be able to change it.
