**Where is Charleston3D located?** Charleston3D is a small studio in Charleston, South Carolina. Every piece is designed and made to order here, and we ship across the United States.

**How long does an order take to ship?** Orders ship within 5–7 business days because each piece is made to order. Transit time depends on the shipping method chosen at checkout, and you get tracking by email.

**When should I order for Christmas?** Order by Dec 10 for Christmas delivery, or Dec 13 with Priority shipping.

**Can I personalize my order?** Yes. Most pieces take a name, initials or a date. Type it in the Name to print box on the product page; we print it exactly as typed and check every spelling before printing.

**What are the pieces made of?** PLA, a plant-based plastic, in silk, matte and metallic colors. Care notes are on each product page.

**What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?** If your order arrives damaged, or isn't what you ordered (a name or spelling different from what you entered, or the wrong color or size), email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We'll remake it free or refund you, your choice, at no cost to you.

**Can I return a personalized item?** Personalized items are made just for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind. If it arrives damaged, or the name or color is different from what you ordered, we remake it free or refund you.

**Do you ship outside the United States?** Not yet. We ship within the United States only.

**Can you make a custom design?** Yes. Request a custom quote with a description, photos or a file, and we'll reply with a price and timeline.

**How do I pay?** Checkout is handled securely by Shopify and accepts credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
